With all the variety of foods that we offer, many of our customers may wonder where to start their healing process. Of course, every situation is different and may call for a customized approach.

Below are some guidelines for different types of needs - we hope these will help you to choose the right foods to suit your own requirements.

Energisers are the foods that stimulate our system, mainly thanks to the presence of various phytochemical compounds.

Green foods are powerful detoxifiers which remove toxins and other waste products from our systems and deliver a whole number of nutrients as well.

General tonics are the foods which are very rich in anti-oxidants that fight all sorts of impurities and give us a natural energy boost. Treats are all-time favourites to reward ourselves with :).

Taking as many raw foods - including fruits, vegetables and vegetable juices - as possible alongside the foods mentioned above will deliver superior results.

Persistence pays off. We will have a better chance of getting real results if we give nutritional therapy a fair chance to work.

Also, feel free to check out how to use food powders and when to expect results.

Good luck :).

Please bear in mind that these are general guidelines only. Always consult your nutritional therapist if dealing with a medical condition.
