How to Use

Barley grass powder is ideal for making juice.

Put 1 or 2 heaped teaspoonfuls in an empty glass, add a little bit of water, stir well to make a paste. Add the rest of the water, stir well and enjoy.

We recommend the use of filtered water for making juices. You can also drink your juice using a straw to mask the taste.

Other alternatives are to add the powder to smoothies, or to put it in capsules using a capsule machine and empty capsules.

Barley Grass Powder as a Natural Painkiller

Anecdotal evidence (author's personal experience) suggests that barley grass powder can be an effective natural remedy for pain relief.

It may help with managing bone pain as well as muscular pain.

For bone pain, make a drink with several teaspoonfuls of barley grass powder and water and take 2 or 3 times a day. Follow similar steps for muscular pain.

For period pain relief specifically, when the pain starts - take a glass of barley grass drink as above. If the pain returns later on in the day, take another glass.

Other Points

Barley grass has no known potential overdose toxicity and / or contradictions and can be taken in liberal amounts. But there is no need to overload on this food either.
